Tenant Vetting
Once we have secured a tenant for you, the next stage is to ensure that the tenant is suitable. You of course need a tenant who will be trustworthy and have faith in a tenant who will pay rent on time and not damage your property in any way. These include Landlord references, Employer references, securing bank statements and obtaining photographic ID.
Inventory and contracts specifically designed to suit you
